Web Orders - Terms & Shipping

PAYMENTS
Payment can be made by Visa, Master Charge, American Express, Paypal, Money Order, Certified Check or Personal Check.  Orders paid by Credit Card, Paypal, Money Orders and Certified Checks usually ship within 24 to 48 hours.  Orders paid by Personal Checks may take 14 days to ship.  Credit cards are billed immediately upon entering the order on the web, including orders that will be delayed due to backorders.  The web pages will inform you of any backordered items so that you will know the status.  We will also confirm each order and will confirm the ship date.  If you do not like this policy, please do not order until the item is in stock.

Also, order cancellations after ordering and prior to shipping is subject to a 10% cancellation.  This is due to credit card fees, etc.  We would be glad to change your order prior to shipping at no charge.

If you are not comfortable sending your Credit Card information over the internet, we have a solution for you.  Please enter the order and then use the Check/Money Order checkout method.  Enter "Manual Credit Card Charge" in the notes field and put "999" for the Check Number.  Note the order number and total amount for your order.  Download our Manual Credit Card Charge Authorization form from http://www.9thtee.com/cc.pdf.  Carefully fill out the form and fax to us at the number on the form.  We will process your charge and take care of your order. 

SHIPPING & HANDLING
We strive to ship all orders shipping to a US address within 24-48 hours.  International orders usually ship on Saturdays.  If your order will be delayed, we will email you the details.

Shipping & Handling is calculated on the weight of the items being ordered.   We ship all domestic packages via UPS and you can select the specific UPS service depending on how fast you need the order.  Included in the shipping charge is the packaging materials, labels, delivery confirmation, signature confirmation or insurance, order processing expenses and postage for the professional packaging of your order.  Shipping charges indicated on the order is for shipping all of the items in one box at one time.  If you request to ship in-stock items and ship backordered items later, you will be charged another shipping charge for the second shipment.  Also, please carefully check the shipping address that you enter on the order form.  Additional shipping charges will be charged if the package is returned and we must reship to another address.

Although UPS has some "money back guarantees" related to not delivering packages on time, we cannot spend the time to manually apply for these.  UPS intentionally makes the process of filing for refunds very difficult and time consuming and we do not have the time to do this.  They win.  If you can have them credit us for any shipping charges, we will gladly pass them on to you for any service refunds.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We have shipped packages to over 50 countries and can make the transaction as smooth as possible.  We usually ship international orders via USPS Global Express (EMS) Mail.  We must ship via a method that is insured and one that we can confirm delivery.  

WARRANTY
We guarantee our items to be what is advertised and to not be Dead On Arrival (DOA) when you receive them (see individual item description for limits on the warranty for certain items).  Contact us within 5 days of receipt to discuss any warranty claim.   Most of the time, the items we sale are covered under a manufacturers warranty for various lengths of time.  After the initial 5 days, if you require any warranty assistance, please contact us and we will get you in touch with the proper company to discuss warranty.  Customer is responsible for any shipping charges due to any warranty claim.  This includes return shipping and re-shipping. 

RETURNS
No items will be accepted unless prior authorization.  A restocking fee of 10-45% will be charged for all returns in new unused condition.  The fee is different depending on the type item being returned.  Also, a credit card or Paypal transaction fee will also be accessed depending on the amount of the original purchase. Returned items must be shipped to us prepaid.  Credits usually take around 15 days to process but can take 30 from time to time due to the type item, etc.  No used or opened items are acceptable for return.   All software is Non-Returnable.  Due to sanitary reasons, no pool related items or Reheater Heat Packs can be accepted for return.

PRICING
Prices are subject to change without notice.  We reserve the right to cancel any orders and refund any payments for any reason, including incorrect pricing on the web site.
